Welding Fume Portable Dust Collector
Introduction
Mobile welding fume extractor has two directional and two rotary polyurethane casters with brake device for easy moving and stationing.
It is suitable for the purification of fume and dust generated in all kinds of welding, grinding and other places as well as for collecting rare metal particles and precious material.
The filter cartridge of the welding fume extractor is made of imported filtering material of high filtration precision and can filter out welding fume of 0.5μm. According to the extractor’s work intensity and the amount of dusts, the usage life of the filter cartridge is different.
Operation:
Through centrifugal fan, the welding smoke come into exhaust inlet.
The universal dust hood sets the flame arrester. The spark will be blocked by flame arrester.
Smoke gas into the sedimentation chamber, The coarse dust fall directly to ash hopper, fine dust particles by filter capture outer surface, clean gas go to the clean room after filter filtration purification.
Clean air filter and the activated carbon adsorption further after purification and then outlet discharge.
