Xinfa Company was founded in 1983, formerly known as Renqiu Xinfa Scaffolding Factory, and was founded by four brothers of the Song family. After the restructuring, Hebei Renqiu Yongxin Construction Tool Repair Factory was established, expanding its business and manufacturing scope, and adding products and projects such as welding, lathes, and turning tools. In 2003, Mr. Song Qianliang, one of the four brothers of the Song family, transferred his names to Xinfa Jingjian Industry and Trade Co., Ltd., Xinfa Jingjian Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd., Xinfa Zhongjian Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., and Xinfa New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
