1. Before work
1. The grounding of the welding machine and heater must be reliable, and the insulation of the welding torch must be good.
2. Gas cylinders or pipeline gas valves should be intact, and the caps should be closed when handling gas cylinders.
3. The fluctuation range of the power supply voltage shall not exceed ±10% of the rated input voltage before use
4. Various instruments and meters on the welding machine should be complete and in good condition.
5. The tool accessories are complete and in good condition.
6 The working environment should meet the requirements.
7 Check whether the bottom of the welding machine is clean and free of debris, and strictly prevent the existence of metal particles.
Two, at work
1. After passing the pre-shift inspection, first turn on the main power switch, the action should be quick, and then turn on the control power switch. Green light means the welding machine is normal.
2. Check whether the cooling fan is running normally and whether the air path is unimpeded. Do not use the device without cooling.

7. The following items should be paid attention to when using the welding torch:

②In order to prolong the service life of the nozzle and contact tip, a layer of anti-blocking agent should be applied before use to prevent it from sticking to welding spatter.
③The nozzle must be cleaned frequently to prevent the air outlet from being blocked by spatter, to ensure the smooth flow of the gas path and to prevent the short circuit of the welding power source from damaging the electrical components inside the machine. The contact tip should be checked frequently during use. Replace immediately if worn or clogged.
④ After the welding torch is used up, it should be placed in a reliable place, and it is forbidden to put it on the weldment.
8. Pay attention to the welding wire conveying situation at any time during the work. The tension wheel should not be too loose or too tight, the welding wire wheel tube should not have sharp bends, and the minimum curvature radius should be > 300 mm.
9. It is strictly forbidden to use fans at the welding site to ensure the protective effect of the gas.
10. When leaving the post, the gas circuit and circuit should be closed, and the power can be cut off before leaving.
3. After work
1. Close the air circuit and circuit, cut off the power supply, clean up the work site, check and extinguish the sparks on site, and put the tool accessories in the specified place.
2. Do a good job in the maintenance of the welding machine according to the maintenance regulations.

Argon arc welding operating procedures
1. Before welding, the argon gas bottle should be prepared first, and the argon gas flow meter should be installed on the bottle, and then the gas pipe should be connected to the air inlet hole on the back panel of the welding machine. The connection should be tight to prevent air leakage.
2. Connect the argon arc welding torch, gas connector, cable quick connector and control connector to the corresponding sockets of the welding machine respectively. The workpiece is connected to the “+” terminal through the welding ground wire.
3. Connect the power cord of the welding machine and check whether the grounding is reliable.
4. After connecting the power supply, choose AC argon arc welding or DC argon arc welding according to welding needs, and move the line switching switch and control switching switch to AC (AC) or DC (DC) gear. Note: The two switches must be used synchronously.
5. Set the welding mode switching switch to the “argon arc” position.
6. Turn on the argon gas cylinder and flow meter, and pull the test gas switch to the “test gas” position. At this time, the gas flows out from the welding torch. After adjusting the air flow, pull the test gas and welding switch to the “welding” position.

8. Select the appropriate tungsten rod and the corresponding chuck, then grind the tungsten rod into a suitable taper, and install it in the welding torch. After the above work is completed, press the switch on the welding torch to start welding.
