1.Unsuitable temperature environment
Before measuring, please place the micrometer and the workpiece to be measured at room temperature for a long enough time so that they are in the same measurement environment. Also pay attention to the influence of hand temperature on the measurement during use.
2.Drop, bump or external impact
During use or storage, if it is dropped, bumped or impacted externally, the measuring tool will be damaged and the accuracy will change. Please take care of it with care.
3.Directly spray liquids such as water or oil
Micrometers are divided into two types: waterproof and non-waterproof. The non-waterproof type is not waterproof. Spraying water or other liquids directly onto the ruler body will cause the micrometer to rust, so please use it with caution.
4.Scratches with sharp objects and violent disassembly
If you use a sharp object such as a screwdriver to scratch the digital micrometer, it will damage the LCD screen and make it impossible to read. Don't dismantle it yourself.
5.Use an electric engraving pen to engrave characters on the ruler body.
Please do not use an electric engraving pen to engrave or make marks on the digital micrometer. This will break down the electronic circuit of the micrometer and cause it to fail to function properly.
6.Reverse rotation or random shaking
Any shaking or reverse rotation of the microtube in hand will cause excessive wear and damage to the tool and shorten its life. Please use it with care.
7.Improper storage method
