Principle:
This system can purify the biogas produced by fermentation of landfills, kitchen waste, straw, livestock and poultry manure and industrial organic wastewater.
The whole system is divided into biogas pretreatment system, biogas compression system, biogas purification system, natural gas compression system and electrical system. After the biogas passes through the wet desulfurization or dry desulfurization system, it enters the biogas pretreatment system for amplification, and then passes through multi-stage filtration to remove pollutants such as water, oil and solid particles and meet the membrane group intake requirements. After that, it enters the biogas decarbonization system to remove carbon dioxide from the biogas, so that the methane concentration in the biogas reaches 97-99.5% or more. If methane needs to be made into pipeline gas, it is compressed into the pipeline network; if it needs to be made into CNG, it needs to be pressurized to 25MPa and added to the tank truck through the gas filling machine and transported to the gas filling station.
